The Bengals' Plan To Stop The Dolphins' Passing Game.

Thus far, the Miami Dolphins have been able to overcome every challenge they have faced. They started the season by beating Bill Belichick's Patriots, then came back and beat Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, and then defeated the Super Bowl favourite Buffalo Bills in Week 3. The defending American Football Conference champion Cincinnati Bengals are up next for them on Thursday night. Source Joe Burrow and the rest of the team just picked up their first victory of the season, a rout of the New York Jets. They were winless before this game against teams like Mitchell Trubisky's Steelers and Cooper Rush's Cowboys. As a result, this is probably the most formidable foe they've encountered thus far. This is especially true considering the possible difficulties posed by Miami's style of defence to the Bengals. Is it possible that the Dolphins could keep their perfect record going? Will they win their first game of the season, or will the Bengals spoil t...

The Dodgers beat the Diamondbacks, 3-2, despite Gallen striking out 13 batters.

The D-backs lost their MLB-leading 37th game of the season,  despite Zac Gallen having a career night and Christian Walker hitting the game-winning home run. The winning run in the Dodgers' 3-2 victory was driven in by Mookie Betts on an infield single off Joe Mantiply. Mantiply was held responsible for the terrible conclusion of an inning in which the Dodgers loaded the bases against Reyes Moronta, who ended up taking the loss. Expectations were met for the pitching showdown between Julio Urias and Zac Gallen. Urias only gave up 3 hits and 1 unearned run in 5.1 innings of work. He struck out five and only walked one batter. Possibly with the playoffs in mind, manager Dave Roberts pulled him after 89 pitches. Gallen was phenomenal, setting career highs in both innings pitched (eight) and strikeouts (13). He dismissed the Dodgers in order from the second to the fourth batters he faced, striking out five of them. Also, he retired the side in order by striking out four in a row betwee...

Aaron Judge is compared to Babe Ruth by a Yankees fan's grandson.

Aaron Judge , an All-Star outfielder for the New York Yankees, started the day atop Major League Baseball's home run leaderboard with 59 home runs, and he's on the edge of creating history as soon as tonight, when the Yankees visit the Pittsburgh Pirates at Yankee Stadium. Judge needs one more home run to tie the Yankees' all-time single-season record established by Babe Ruth in 1927, and two more to match the American League's all-time single-campaign record set by Yankees great Roger Maris in 1961. Tom Stevens, Ruth's 70-year-old grandson, recently spoke with Ian O'Connor of the New York Post, and throughout their conversation he drew comparisons between Judge and Ruth, the Great Bambino. source Stevens made the statement, "I would say Judge's soaring shots are reminiscent of the Babe's, " during the discussion. That's an elegant way of saying things. Julia Ruth Stevens, the daughter of Babe Ruth , passed away in 2019, making Stevens her...
